In this video i try to portray the constant demands from the community on young people today . I did this video in a way to break down the tabu that exist around mental illness or just being vulnerable.  I want to inform about the words that are dangerous to use against a person that is really low or being in a depression. That words like "be strong" "well if you complain so much - then just die then?" "think about the children in africa" "stop being so weak" "just forget about your struggles, move forward." "Get it together." dont help but destroys even more.
